Believing that every injury is preventable, we invest in our employees, equipment, and training.  Cromedy Construction’s highly qualified field labor force, project management and office support are committed to eliminating hazards and training our personnel to work safely.  Our corporate safety program includes:

  • Cromedy Construction Accident Prevention Plan based on the EM 385 guidelines set forth by USACE and NAVFAC and updated regularly
  • A detailed injury prevention plan
  • Dedicated Corporate Safety Director
  • Active participation in every aspect of the safety program by all employees, from management down to brand new employees
  • A Return to Work Program to eliminate time lost to accidents
  • Yearly safety training meetings and social events to facilitate communication between field employees and the safety department and to recognize safety performance
  • A program for reporting, investigating and tracking any injuries that do occur
  • Weekly “Toolbox” talks for all field personnel
